For those that don't know who these people are, the woman is Michelle Bachelet (president of Chile) and the guy is Ricardo Lagos (ex president of Chile) .They put a new transport system in Santiago (capital) that did not work, this dramaticly affected the popularity of the president and her political party.http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/6498445.stm
